WINE
menu
Every day, we discover new wines and flavors that we want to share with you. Our wine list is never finished and is always on the move. On the map, you will find a selection of wines from good producers from the classic wine regions and perhaps lesser-known wine regions.
Many of the winemakers you find here have been working their vineyards so carefully for years that we, and certainly the generations after us, can continue to enjoy it.
One does this organically, the other biodynamically and the winemaker Florent Baumard from the Loire calls it “Agriculture Baumard”. In doing so, he refers to his own sustainable way of working. Due to limited availability, it is possible that only one bottle of certain wines is available, which we will draw your attention to when choosing a wine. We are happy to help you with appropriate wine advice per glass or bottle. If you have a special wish or if you want some extra explanation about our wines, we are here for you.
